Your pricing model for retain search is based upon a standard fee structure.  Your variable pricing model for Recruiting Research is based upon your needs and priced accordingly.

Retained Search: Performance-based pricing ensures that you get what you pay for

Your pricing for retained search is 33% of first calendar year cash compensation including base salary and estimated bonus.  You are also responsible for incidental expenses as they arise.


Three equal installments:

Engagement:  Due upon signing and with a 100% money-back guarantee with the first 30 days if you’re unsatisfied for any reason

Continuation:  Due the 31st day after signing if you wish to continue

Completion:  Due when the successful candidate begins work.  


This performance-based approach minimizes your risk.

Your pricing is by the engagement and reflects the amount of work to be done to satisfy your requirements.  Once your initial video meeting is complete you will receive your pricing quote so there are no future surprises.


You can expect to pay as little as $2000 for a one-time engagement with a limited output or as much $10,000 per month on a subscription basis with robust output.
